Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller at HPGK Infra Pvt. Ltd., located in Gorakhpur. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing information about our real estate projects, and maintaining customer databases. Additionally, client relationship management and accurate data entry will be key responsibilities. The role also involves following up with potential clients and coordinating with sales teams for lead conversion.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling outbound and inbound calls
Ability to manage customer databases and perform accurate data entry
Skills in client relationship management and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
