Our client is a global leader in the Fashion world specializing in Apparel and Fashion Accessories, having been in the business for over 15 years. It exports the bulk of its produce to top global brands across many countries in Americas and Europe. Headquartered at Gurgaon, it has multiple manufacturing facilities in Delhi NCR, which produce mostly export stock.
As the CHRO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals. You will oversee all HR functions—including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance—while leading the HR team and promoting a positive, legally compliant, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
● Create and execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
● Use HR data and analytics to support organizational development initiatives.
● Manage the HR department's budget and optimize resource allocation.
● Creating a growth oriented work environment with positive work culture in the organization.
● Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
● Implement and manage performance evaluation systems.
● Administer compensation and benefits aligned with industry standards.
● Resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
● Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.
● Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
● Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
● Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
● Support the growth and development of HR staff through coaching and feedback.
● Partner with senior leadership to align HR goals with company-wide objectives.
● Bachelor / Master’s MBA degree with major in Human Resources.
● 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
● Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition strategy, and building talent pipelines.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirement (PF/ ESI/ Gratuity/ Individual and Professional Tax)
● Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and levels.
● Exposure to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and digital hiring platforms.
● Experience in designing and implementing company-wide HR strategies.
● Experience of working in the Manufacturing industry, and/ or Export Industry.
● Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CHRM).
● Experience managing large-scale recruitment drives or setting up recruitment infrastructure.
● Experience in Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG, or any Impex environment.
