About the Role

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives and industry transformation.
Oversee all core HR domains, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and compliance.
Drive organizational design, change management, and cultural integration across multiple functions including manufacturing, R&D, and corporate offices.
Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape the company’s human capital roadmap.
Champion diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and succession planning.
Ensure robust governance and labor law compliance across all plant and corporate locations.
Leverage HR technology, data, and analytics to enable insight-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile

18+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a CHRO or Group HR Head role.
Deep expertise in the
automotive or manufacturing sector
, with strong exposure to plant HR and industrial relations.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-location talent environments and workforce transformations.
Strong business orientation and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders, including Board and CXO-level leadership.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institution preferred.
