We are seeking a strategic HR leader with deep experience in logistics operations, capable of managing large teams and scaling HR processes in a dynamic environment. Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand Company: Patanjali Parivahan Industry: Transportation / Logistics / FTL Experience: 10+ years in core HR leadership roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire HR function for a large-scale logistics organization Drive recruitment and workforce planning for multi-location logistics hubs Implement HR systems and SOPs to support operational efficiency Ensure labour compliance, manage industrial relations, and handle union matters (if any) Develop and execute L&D, employee engagement, and retention strategies Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals Lead, mentor, and manage a large HR team across various locations Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or large-scale industrial environments Sound knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, contract labour management, and audits Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills Experience in setting up or scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, process-driven organization
