Patanjali Parivahan, a leading name in the transportation and logistics sector, is looking for a seasoned HR Head / Senior Manager to lead our HR function at our Haridwar headquarters.We are seeking a strategic HR leader with deep experience in logistics operations, capable of managing large teams and scaling HR processes in a dynamic environment.Location: Haridwar, UttarakhandCompany: Patanjali ParivahanIndustry: Transportation / Logistics / FTLExperience: 10+ years in core HR leadership roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturingKey Responsibilities:Lead the entire HR function for a large-scale logistics organizationDrive recruitment and workforce planning for multi-location logistics hubsImplement HR systems and SOPs to support operational efficiencyEnsure labour compliance, manage industrial relations, and handle union matters (if any)Develop and execute L&D, employee engagement, and retention strategiesCollaborate closely with operations and leadership to align HR initiatives with business goalsLead, mentor, and manage a large HR team across various locationsPreferred Qualifications:Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or large-scale industrial environmentsSound knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, contract labour management, and auditsStrong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skillsExperience in setting up or scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, process-driven organization
