Job Description

On behalf of one of our clients, a mid-sized IT/ITES firm with global operations providing enterprise IT services, technology infra-structure services and modernization services across multiple industries, we are currently looking for the:


Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is looking for an experienced HR Leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the human resources function. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a global role, and part of the Executive Leadership Team, holds a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the human capital strategy, policies, and practices across all regions and functions of the Company including its subsidiaries. 


Responsibilities

The CHRO will lead talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, culture building, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning to drive the company’s growth and business objectives. The role will require a dynamic leader who can foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while aligning HR initiatives with the company’s business goals and vision. Additionally, the CHRO will also be responsible for Billable Hirings and corresponding technical training.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Full time master's degree in HRM, Business Administration from a Premier B-School. Advanced HR Certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) would be highly desirable.


Experience

  • 25+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a senior or global HR role, preferably in an IT Services company. 
  • ** Senior HR Candidates from larger IT companies who currently handle geographies/BUs and aspire to head an Org as Chief Human Resource Officer OR current CHRO/Head HR of smaller IT firms would fit this role best.
  •  Strong experience in HR management in a global, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment, preferably in the IT/Software or services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, compensation, and benefits, as well as talent management and organizational development.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong bias for action and execution focus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • High-level understanding of global labor markets, HR laws, and cross-cultural differences.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and metrics.

Candidates from non-IT/Technology experience would not be considered.
