Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking CHRO to lead the HR function across all group companies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the MD and leadership team—driving transformation, workforce planning, and people systems while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and digital HR integration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead manpower planning, org structuring, and succession planning across verticals
  • Oversee PMS implementation, L&D programs, and 360° feedback mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ISO audits, EHS standards, and HR policies
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and cultural transformation
  • Champion HR automation, data analytics, and tech-enabled onboarding
  • Mentor a multi-location HR team and build a high-performance HR ecosystem


What We’re Looking For:

  • 15–25 years of experience with 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Prior experience in EPC, infrastructure, industrial services, or manufacturing
  • Proven success in building scalable HR systems across multi-entity setups
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, IR, ISO frameworks, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational depth
