Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising across pre-seed, seed, and institutional rounds
• Build investor relations with VCs, angel networks, and strategic partners
• Create investor materials: models, decks, and narratives

Financial Leadership & Operations

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, risk, compliance, and reporting
• Establish metrics, dashboards, controls, and cap table governance
• Build finance stack from early-stage systems to investor-grade infrastructure

Strategic Execution & Commercial Growth

• Shape GTM, pricing, monetization models, and enterprise revenue pathways
• Evaluate and support inorganic growth, global expansion, and new verticals
• Serve as thought partner across business, product, and operations

• Be deeply involved in hiring, team building, culture shaping, and execution
