This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who has worked in platform-led or startup environments , especially with experience in B2B or community-led marketing. You will work closely with the CMO and Founders to bring the LinkCxO brand to life across channels and deliver measurable impact across the user journey. Key Responsibilities 🧠 Brand & Communication Drive consistent brand messaging across digital, social, content, and event touchpoints Collaborate on campaigns to position LinkCxO as the go-to platform for senior professionals Create and manage brand assets, pitch collaterals, and creative communications 🎯 User Acquisition Execute paid and organic growth campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other performance channels Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to drive traffic and conversion Identify and run partnerships, micro-influencer, and affiliate campaigns ❤️ Engagement & Retention Design lifecycle campaigns to boost user activity and repeat engagement Build engagement funnels through email, in-app messaging, webinars, and community initiatives Support event-led branding and campaign activation for CxO-centric programs 📈 Analytics & Execution Track key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, conversion, retention, NPS) Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy and optimize campaigns Run A/B testing and iterate fast to improve performance Who You Are ✅ 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or branding roles (preferably in platform-led startups or B2B environments) ✅ Hands-on experience with performance marketing , content-led growth , and community engagement ✅ Strong understanding of user funnels, acquisition-retention loops, and branding frameworks ✅ Creative, data-driven, and execution-focused with a growth mindset ✅ MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Mandatory) ✅ Comfortable working in a high-energy, high-responsibility startup environment What We Offer 💡 High-ownership role with full exposure to brand, growth, and strategy 🚀 Opportunity to work closely with experienced founders and senior mentors 🌍 Be part of building a category-defining platform for senior professionals 🧠 A creative, purpose-driven culture that values ideas, experimentation, and impact Show more Show less
