About the Role

We at House of AC are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our brand-building and marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our premium identity is consistently represented across campaigns, content, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, branding, or communications, ideally in a premium/luxury brand environment.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

● Strong understanding of premium consumer behavior and brand building.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

● Proficiency in social media platforms, content tools, and basic marketing analytics.

● Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

● Assist in developing and refining the brand’s positioning to strengthen market presence.

● Create and maintain brand narratives that connect with target audiences.

● Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all communication and marketing materials.

Campaign Development & Execution

● Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.

● Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for campaign content and design.

● Utilize product launches, seasonal trends, and events to maximize marketing impact.

Content & Social Media Management

● Develop engaging content strategies for social media, website, and paid marketing.

● Oversee the creation of high-quality visuals and copy aligned with brand voice.

● Track and analyze content performance to refine future strategies.

Events, Collaborations & PR

● Support planning and execution of brand events, exhibitions, and collaborations with designers, influencers, and partners.

● Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry contacts for brand visibility.

● Coordinate with PR to secure coverage in premium publications.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

● Monitor marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights.

● Manage campaign budgets effectively for maximum ROI.

● Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
