Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to design customized solutions for clients.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency’s growth and revenue goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills :

• MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and a results-driven mindset.
