About the role:

Motion Graphics Designer

You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.
• Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
• Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
• Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

  of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a

  creative or advertising agency

  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
• Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice to have :

• Experience with UI/UX animation or interactive media.
• Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.
• Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and performance-driven content.
