Social Media Marketer

• Manage

  end-to-end social media presence

  across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Reddit, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive

  organic growth

  (followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility).
• Plan, schedule, and execute

  daily/weekly postings

  across all platforms while ensuring brand voice and consistency.
• Leverage

  third-party social media management tools

  (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
• Conduct

  competitor research

  and analyze industry trends to recommend new strategies and content directions.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions across platforms to build brand community.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.) with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure

  high-quality posts, reels, videos, and stories

  go live on time.
• Identify new opportunities on emerging platforms and

  stay updated on social media algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven

  2+ years of experience

  in social media marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in

  organic growth strategies

  across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with

  social media scheduling and analytics tools

  (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of

  content formats

  (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, stories, community posts).
• Strong research skills for

  market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies

  .
• Ability to

  multitask and manage multiple client accounts

  .
• Strong communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
• Highly proactive, deadline-driven, and aware of the latest

  digital and social media trends
