Business Development Lead


Role Overview:

PWR Nukleus technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach

·       Identify and qualify B2B prospects aligned with PWR Nukleus’s focus on advanced electrical safety systems, energy-tech solutions, industrial power infrastructure, and critical electrical environments.

·       Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline through targeted outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, industry networking, referral networks, inbound lead management, channel partner coordination, field visits, digital campaigns, and participation in relevant trade events.

Client Engagement & Sales Support

·       Present PWR Nukleus’s portfolio to prospective clients and technical stakeholders, clearly articulating value propositions and application relevance.

·       Coordinate product demonstrations, site visits, technical-commercial discussions, and negotiations with senior-level stakeholders.

·       Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, business decks, sales pitches, and customized sales scripts aligned with customer requirements and regulatory expectations.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence

·       Track government tenders, regulatory updates, and policy developments from key bodies impacting the electrical safety and energy-tech landscape.

·       Provide structured insights from customer interactions to support product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Relationship Building

·       Build and maintain long-term relationships with EPC contractors, system integrators, distributors, and institutional customers.

·       Drive account expansion through disciplined follow-ups, timely support, and proactive engagement to secure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

·       Represent PWR Nukleus at industry conferences, expos, technical forums, and partner events to enhance visibility and stakeholder trust.


Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

·       3–5 years of B2B business development, hardware and embedded products sales experience, industrial/energy-tech sales experience, key account management, distribution setup and sales representative setup.

·       Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

·       Fast-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to tailor sales pitches, messaging, and engagement styles to different customer segments.

·       Ability to demonstrate products effectively and translate technical concepts into clear commercial value.

·       Familiarity with electrical safety systems, EV charging, renewable energy, or power electronics is preferred.

·       Proficient in CRM and sales productivity tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office Suite, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
