The Business Development Associate (B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise acquisition, developing strategic accounts, and expanding PWR Nukleus Technologies' presence across the electrical safety and energy-tech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, sharp problem-solving capability, and the ability to translate customer challenges into well-structured, compliance-ready solution offerings.
• Identify potential B2B customers across electrical safety, energy-tech, industrial power systems, and solar/battery integration segments.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn research, database building, cold calls, email follow-ups, and event-based lead capture.
• Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline with accurate customer details and follow-up actions.
• Participate in introductory customer conversations and capture detailed requirements.
• Assist senior team members in preparing presentations, demos, quotes, and solution briefs.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and technical sessions with internal teams.
• Track weekly industry updates, upcoming tenders, and policy changes relevant to electrical safety and energy-tech.
• Compile competitor offerings, pricing references, and product comparisons.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Manage communication with EPCs, system integrators, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and customer support for improved conversions.
• Represent PWR Nukleus at conferences, expos, and forums alongside senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory).
• Freshers or 1 year of prior experience in hardware products, embedded systems, electrical engineering, or B2B sales (or) Prior internships or academic projects are also preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Self-motivated, fast-learning, and adaptable to different sales scenarios.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy, EV charging, or industrial automation (training provided).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus.
