Strategy & Leadership Define and drive the overall category strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics. Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across Buying, Merchandising, and Category Management to achieve strategic objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Home & Personal Care vertical. Navigate complex stakeholder environments and effectively influence at senior leadership and cross-board levels. 2. Growth & Business Development Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and consumer insights to drive category growth.
