Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Executive. The role is located in Koch Bihar. The Senior Area Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing relationships with distributors and retailers, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to the product development team. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring junior sales staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including strategy development and target achievement
• Experience in market analysis and trend forecasting
• Excellent relationship management with distributors and retailers
• Team leadership and mentorship abilities
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools
• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
