Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Panel Installation Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar panel installation solutions. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining solar energy benefits, providing customized solutions, and closing sales deals to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. Explain solar products, on-grid/off-grid systems, and installation processes to potential customers. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and feasibility. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial benefits of solar solutions. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on solar industry trends, government subsidy schemes, and competitor activities. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical/electronics sector . Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Education & Experience: Graduate in Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience (solar/energy/electrical preferred, fresher with strong interest may be considered).
