Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Executive based across North Bengal locations. The Senior Area Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and fostering relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports. The Senior Area Sales Executive will also oversee a team of sales representatives and ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent market analysis and trend monitoring abilities Team leadership and management experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems Show more Show less
