The Role
As a Business Analyst with Worley,
you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Lead and support the collection and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Collaborate with technical teams to hand over requirements for development.
- Functional & Technical Support: Provide guidance to regional teams (Super Users, Transition Leads, Change Management) for both project and BAU (Business-As-Usual) initiatives. Support unit testing, UAT planning, and execution across multiple environments, working closely with Capgemini and Worley People teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Act as a change ambassador, sharing process knowledge and promoting ServiceNow adoption. Lead by example, communicate value-add and benefits, and proactively support stakeholders to ensure successful learning and transformation.
- Project & BAU Deliverables:
- Develop quick-reference guides and training documentation for ServiceNow People Demand Management (in the CIM application) and ServiceNow HRSD and supporting applications.
- Prioritize monthly release items for Demand Review Board.
- Plan and execute testing strategies for platform upgrades (e.g., Yokohama Instance).
- Support ServiceNow projects (as required).
- Define and implement new HR Service catalogs and process improvements.
- Review and Improve reporting for People work within ServiceNow platform.
- Process Improvement & Analytics: Analyze usability testing results, define enhancements, and support development and deployment of improvements. Document workflows and support implementation/testing of new processes.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Capgemini, Worley People team, Transition Leads, I&DD Platform team, and WES Operations team. Maintain alignment with roadmap governance and design principles.
- Reporting & Documentation: Support reporting needs, project management tracking, and maintain ServiceNow documentation for training, communications, backlog management, and governance.
- Metrics & KPIs:
- Timely delivery of both BAU and project-related work.
- Provision of technical and functional support as required.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- ServiceNow Functional (HRSD) and Technical experience.
- Experience with dev/ops models and agile methodology within ServiceNow.
- Technical skills in Universal Request, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Continual Improvement Management (CIM) application, and Reporting.
- Test management experience: writing test scripts, unit testing, UAT planning/delivery.
- Experience in HR function roles is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Teams.
- Proactive thinking and a growth mindset.
- Qualification - Bachelor's degree is a must
- Experience - 8+ years of experience
