Regional Sales & Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Leadership & Reporting Oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and dashboards (PPT/Excel) covering revenue, compliance, sales efficiency, branch KPIs, and market trends. Analyze department-level performance (tele sales, field sales, KYC, operations) and recommend corrective actions. 2. Sales Strategy & Market Analysis Collaborate with Sales Head to design and implement regional sales plans. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking in current and potential new states. Forecast sales volumes and pipeline tracking; deliver insights to drive decision-making . 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with marketing, finance, compliance, legal, and HR teams. Ensure smooth branch setups in new territories, including KYC/process compliance. Coordinate with operations to optimize inventory, logistics, and branch staffing. 4. Team Leadership Mentor and develop operational and sales support teams. Train branches on process standards, reporting, compliance, and soft skills (English/Kannada). Oversee performance, appraisals, and recruitment where needed. 5. Continuous Improvement & Risk Management Regularly audit branches for process gaps and compliance risks. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements (CRM, Excel tools). Implement quality control measures and loss prevention practices via SOPs .
