CCTV & Surveillance Operations Lead

ob Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Surveillance Manager to oversee and manage our company’s surveillance infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in CCTV systems, IT surveillance software, monitoring tools, and network management, along with excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam. The role involves real-time monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with the operations and IT teams to ensure security and compliance across branches. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems across all company branches. Ensure optimal functionality of all surveillance equipment and software systems. Perform real-time monitoring to detect suspicious activities, system malfunctions, or security breaches. Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, video recording systems, and surveillance-related IT infrastructure. Act as a liaison between the surveillance team and branch-level management to resolve issues promptly. Analyze and generate daily/weekly incident reports and submit to management. Train branch staff on basic troubleshooting of surveillance tools and raise alerts for non-compliance. Implement and enforce security protocols and ensure adherence to internal policies. Coordinate with vendors and technical support for repair, installation, and upgrades. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in surveillance operations and IT monitoring. Proficient in CCTV hardware/software, surveillance networking, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and remote monitoring tools. Strong understanding of surveillance IT infrastructure and cyber-security basics. Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam. Ability to work under pressure and respond to incidents with urgency and professionalism. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple branch systems. 🔹 Preferred: Previous experience in managing surveillance for a multi-branch retail or gold business. Certification in IT networking or surveillance technology (CCNA, Hikvision, CP Plus training, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with data backup systems, server maintenance, or cloud surveillance platforms.
