Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management skills.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
• Experience in cold calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be a good negotiator.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
