To manage and grow relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI), and institutional investors, providing personalized real estate investment advisory services. The Wealth Manager will guide clients in building, managing, and optimizing real estate portfolios, while ensuring alignment with their long-term financial objectives and wealth creation strategies.
· Identify, approach, and acquire HNI, UHNI, and institutional clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
· Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term engagement and repeat investments.
· Conduct detailed financial and investment profiling to understand clients’ objectives, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
· Organize and host client engagement sessions, workshops, and property tours to enhance investor confidence.
· Advise clients on residential, commercial, and mixed-use property investments.
· Analyze market trends, emerging investment zones, and project valuations to recommend high-return opportunities.
· Provide insights on expected rental yields, capital appreciation, tax implications, and exit strategies.
· Assist clients with investment structuring, financing options, and portfolio diversification.
· Monitor clients’ property portfolios and suggest rebalancing or additional investments based on market conditions.
· Prepare detailed investment reports, ROI analysis, and scenario planning for informed decision-making.
· Provide quarterly or periodic reviews of portfolio performance, including occupancy, rentals, and valuation trends.
· Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
· Leverage networks, referrals, corporate partnerships, and investor circles to source new business.
· Collaborate with marketing, project, and channel partner teams to promote launches and events targeting HNI investors.
· Participate in real estate expos, investment seminars, and wealth advisory events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
· Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (legal, finance, project management) for seamless execution of transactions.
· Ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and smooth post-sales support, including possession handovers and property management services.
· Address client queries, escalations, and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and trust levels.
· Conduct research on competitors, new projects, and market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
· Advise management on product positioning, pricing, and investor-targeted campaigns based on client feedback and market analysis.
· Identify gaps and opportunities in high-value real estate investments for both clients and the organization.
· Ensure all transactions and advisory activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal company policies (RERA, tax, KYC norms).
· Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and transparency in all client dealings.
· Exceptional relationship management and client engagement skills
· Deep knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, and investment analysis
· Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
· Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to portfolio evaluation
· Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
