Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our upcoming highway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of highway construction, drainage systems, and street lighting



Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the complete lifecycle of highway projects — from concept, design, and planning to construction and commissioning.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with design and engineering teams.
  • Supervise construction of roads, drains, culverts, and lighting systems ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure all works adhere to IRC, MoRTH, and local regulatory guidelines.


2. Team Leadership

  • Build, organize, and lead a high-performing project team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities for efficient project execution.
  • Mentor and motivate teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.


3. Coordination & Liaison

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Manage all project approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and present reports to senior management.


4. Quality, Safety & Cost Control

  • Implement strict quality control measures for materials and workmanship.
  • Monitor project costs, timelines, and resource utilization to avoid overruns.
  • Enforce safety standards and environmental compliance on all sites.


5. Technical & Managerial Expertise

  • Provide technical guidance on highway pavement design, drainage design, and street lighting layout.
  • Oversee procurement of key materials and equipment.
  • Resolve site issues, technical conflicts, and stakeholder concerns proactively.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

    (M.Tech or MBA preferred).
  • 10 -15+ years of experience

    in highway and infrastructure construction.
  • Strong expertise in

    road works, drainage networks, and highway lighting systems.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Good knowledge of MoRTH/IRC specifications, quality control, and project management tools.
