Key Responsibilities: Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the BNPL vertical. Drive product design, development, and deployment through close collaboration with engineering, design, risk, and business teams . Build and optimize workflows across onboarding, credit underwriting, disbursement, and repayment. Integrate with third-party systems: lenders, payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC providers , etc. Define, track, and analyse product KPIs ; convert insights into actionable improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain product audit-readiness. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer lending . Prior ownership of BNPL, EMI, or digital credit products with API-driven architectures. Strong grasp of backend systems , microservices , and API integrations . Exceptional collaboration skills with tech and data teams. Data & Reporting Skills: Hands-on with SQL for data queries and performance tracking Experience working with Power BI , Tableau , or similar visualization tools Ability to build dashboards and generate insights independently Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation is a strong plus Preferred: MBA/B.E./B. (Technical background) Familiarity with RBI digital lending guidelines , fraud controls, and compliance requirements Experience working in fast-paced start-up ecosystems.
Job Title: Gold Loan Transfer Executive (Off-roll FTE) Locations: Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai / Thane Employment Type : Full-Time | Off-roll Department: Gold Loan Operations Loan Transfer Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with existing gold loan customers in the region. Explain the benefits of transferring their existing gold loans to CASHe. Coordinate with partner branches and internal stakeholders for smooth processing. Collect necessary documentation from customers and ensure KYC compliance. Facilitate customer visits to the branch or collection points for evaluation and transfer. Update customer interactions and status in internal systems. Assist customers throughout the end-to-end process until the gold is successfullytransferred to CASHe. Provide after-service support and resolve any queries post-disbursal. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in field sales, financial services, or gold loan operations.
