Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Technology Strategy & Advisory team at Accenture to work on Enterprise Architecture & Business Transformation projects for strategic clients. Your role will involve enabling clients to achieve exceptional business value from technology by implementing innovative R&D transformations and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders - Engage with enterprise leaders, product managers, and delivery teams to drive transformation and optimization initiatives - Analyze trends and disruptions to assess their impact on business outcomes - Develop business and IT strategy and enterprise architecture - Support the evolution of EA team services and operating model - Coach and mentor architects, product owners, and business stakeholders - Support formulation of strategy and guide execution - Connect strategy to execution by translating business strategy into actionable outcomes - Build and maintain relationships by developing the technology value proposition and engaging with stakeholders - Orchestrate the delivery of business outcomes by aligning business and IT and supporting solution design and delivery Qualifications Required: - Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or related field - 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or enterprise architecture - Technical skills in business ecosystems, IT architectures, agile methodologies, and enterprise frameworks - Industry experience in digital transformations within banking or insurance - Competencies in analytical skills, organizational savvy, and communication abilities - Characteristics of being a thought leader, collaborative, and innovative Additional Details: Accenture is a leading global professional services company that focuses on strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
