We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled individual to drive the continuous improvement of our HR portal's usability, responsiveness, content effectiveness, and service delivery performance. This role is crucial for ensuring an engaging and efficient digital employee experience. As a key interface between HR, IT, and end-users, you will blend technical knowledge, user experience insight, analytics, and business acumen to evolve the portal as a primary channel for global HR services. Key Responsibilities Portal Performance & Optimization Monitor and manage the end-to-end performance of the MyHR portal on the ServiceNow platform. Analyze portal usage data and performance metrics (e.g., load time, page hits, click-through rates) and drive improvements. Implement optimization strategies for faster loading times, improved accessibility, and intuitive navigation. User Experience Management Partner with HR, UX/UI teams, and ServiceNow developers to enhance portal usability and design. Gather and incorporate user feedback to ensure a continuously improving employee self-service experience. Maintain a consistent and branded digital HR experience across multiple employee journeys. Content & Knowledge Management Work closely with content owners to ensure knowledge articles, FAQs, and portal content are relevant, accurate, and up-to-date. Support effective taxonomy, tagging, and search optimization. Analytics & Reporting Develop and deliver dashboards and performance reports (e.g., portal traffic, CSAT, deflection rates, completion rates). In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center / HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Proven experience in portal performance analysis and optimization. Masters or bachelors degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. 4 or more years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis or experience as an enterprise architecture consultant. 4 or more years of experience in at least two disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, data and predictive analytics. Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, related graphical models, and frameworks. Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks. Understanding of various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric and also different types of agile principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level. Awareness of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments. Effective soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation. Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications and stakeholder management. Understanding of all components of enterprise architecture, business & IT principles and processes. Industry Experience: Strong understanding of the e2e Lifesciences value chain Good understanding of at least 2 or more business capabilities- R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory/Compliance, Quality Management, Patient Services Understanding of EA Principles pertaining to Life Sciences Industry nuances Understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the Lifesciences industry
