Position Summary: The Portfolio Manager is a project management position focusing on developing a relationship with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) or Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) and accountable to successfully deliver a portfolio of investments. In support of the GCC Portfolio Enablement team, the Portfolio Manager leads a portfolio of projects for several small to midsize lines of business or functional areas. This role is accountable and responsible for the staff assigned to manage the projects as part of the portfolio of investments. Collaborates in partnership with the SBU/FCE Leadership for portfolio performance reviews including, updating portfolio-related information, development of executive readout materials and responsibility for communicating portfolio status. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Senior functions as a liason between business units throughout ETS and the IT departments, participates in business process modeling and research efforts and completes business cases in support of IT projects. The incumbent works with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) proposal team to develop the scope of work necessary to support the requirements of the proposal, identifies delivery solutions and works to develop cost reviews and prepare a technical response to the client that proposes solutions to meet business needs. This role participates in the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives for assigned departmental projects. Additionally, the BSA, Senior participates in requirements gathering and documentation and prepares detailed systems specifications from which programs are written or configured. The Senior Business Systems Analyst communicates with the IT team to ensure proper development, operationalization and delivery of technical solutions that fully adhere to corporate business objectives and meet user specifications for functionality and accuracy. Responsibilities Facilitate communication between IT, SBUs and clients Participate in software development groups and teams in requirements gathering, analysis, design, risk mitigation, programming/construction, unit testing and transition of applications into a production environment. Gather and document business requirements and functional/detail requirements Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications Function as a liason between business areas and technical staff Develop scope of work to satisfy business goals and requirements Provide detailed review and documentation of costs for proposed solutions Work with system developers, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure proposed solution is delivered according to schedule and with the required functionality Analyze/document new and existing processes and procedures Continuously review test plans and provide feedback on methodology when necessary Participate in conducting regularly scheduled reviews of newly proposed and exiting projects to ensure quality and accuracy is delivered to end users Maintain traceability matrix and manage change requests ? The Accounts Receivable Specialist for PSI is responsible for performing A/R functions across multiple subsidiaries in a shared services environment. This position performs day-to-day functions within the A/R environment, ensuring timely billing of and collections from PSI customers. The person in this role reports directly to an Accounts Receivable Manager, who oversees PSI A/R operations in the United States. This role is a full-time permanent position, with minimal travel required. Role Responsibilities Liaise with people across departments of in-house and outsourced A/R teams. Perform A/R functions including invoice processing, collections, refunds, credit issuance, disputes, credit memos, etc. Continue to decrease the number of days in the monthly close cycle in relation to A/R. Work proactively and effectively with other departments within the organization to continue to increase collaboration and improve business processes. Assist with the integration of new acquisitions into the existing A/R framework. Assist with developing proper course of action/resolution for all escalated inquiries/disputes from outsourced team. Process credit card voids/refunds to candidates. Process all A/R functions related to clients requiring security clearance. Assist with processing of check related deposits.
