You will be leading a team of Live Online proctors who are responsible for Adhering live examination from various schools, clients and organizations with high regard to the exam integrity and identity verification, eligibility verification, and test environment securities. This role is a key position within the growing ETS team. As we operate 24/7, team members will be required to work on a rotational shift. ETS will provide one-way cab service during off-hours only. You will be primarily responsible for working as liaison with Operation leadership and our proctoring teams to plan and execute day-to-day functions while maintaining our higher quality standards. You will enforce strict shift adherence on the floor. You will work closely with workforce management teams to build weekly rosters and travel schedules. Your key insight into optimizing operations will help teams build various SOPs and streamline internal team functions. Bachelor's degree and above. Should have 6+ years of experience in Production/ Operation / Maintenance while working with large teams. Previous experience as team leader in a production environment or shown ability in a skilled operative position? Basic proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet software for data entry and simple analysis. Shows interest in identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the team. Ability to manage basic tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic operational environment. Demonstrates adaptability to learn new skills and adjust to the evolving demands of the role. Demonstrate ability to analyze & react to quality & performance metrics to drive quality & efficiencies within team Willingness to collaborate within the team and learn from experienced members in a supportive environment. Demonstrate sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others & strong decision-making skills Prepare and be part of monthly and quarterly business reviews Work with senior Operations Manager to manage attrition and onboard new staff Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, stakeholders and department heads for the center Partner with other senior leaders in cross functional teams for decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation while maintaining KPI benchmark. Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex reports Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to work in Shifts as per allocated roster and Country to work, fine to work in night shift as well. Required B2 level English proficiency.
