Assistant Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow across different departments. - Collaborate with internal teams to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively. - Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement. - Maintain records, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management. - Promptly and effectively resolve operational challenges. - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and deadlines. - Assist in training and guiding team members to enhance productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
