Key Responsibilities

• Service Integration: Manage integration of multiple service providers to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• Governance & Frameworks: Establish and maintain governance frameworks for service quality, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors; monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Performance Management: Define, track, and report on SLAs and KPIs to measure service quality and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the service delivery environment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Publish performance reports, analyze root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide thought leadership and guidance on SIAM principles and service management best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
• Experience in vendor management, contract oversight, and performance tracking.
• Ability to define and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing governance frameworks and continuous service improvement initiatives.
