Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Governance and Integration

• Establish foundational

  service integration governance

  structures.
• Define clear

  roles, responsibilities, and accountability

  across service providers and internal teams.
• Implement

  standardized ITSM processes

  (incident, change, problem, request) aligned with ITIL and tailored to hybrid SIAM.

Operational Excellence

• Enable

  end-to-end visibility

  across services using integrated reporting and dashboards for performance, incidents, and SLAs.
• Promote

  collaboration and reduce silos

  through forums, escalation paths, and joint improvement initiatives.
• Drive

  early wins

  (e.g., reduced MTTR, improved onboarding/offboarding) to demonstrate value.

Capability Building

• Develop organizational SIAM capabilities through training and a structured roadmap.
• Support

  OCM (Organizational Change Management)

  to embed new ways of working and reduce dependency on vendors.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance requirements are embedded in service integration.
• Manage SLA/OLA alignment and performance reporting, including root cause analysis and continual service improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Deep understanding of

  SIAM frameworks

  , ITIL processes, and multi-vendor service environments.
• Experience in

  governance setup

  , SLA/KPI management, and service performance oversight.
• Strong

  stakeholder management

  and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in

  global manufacturing environments

  , adapting to plant floor cultures and production cycles.
• Proven success in

  low-maturity or risk-averse environments

  , guiding them through SIAM transformation.
• Familiarity with

  ServiceNow

  , endpoint management, and security operations.
