As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting SOTI MobiControl for various Honeywell Android hardware and HP thin clients across multiple environments and use cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient MDM solutions that support TJX’s evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Leads & participates in Development process definitions, best practices and standards. Leads evaluation of 3rd party engagement need and SOW review & performance management process. Develop new features and services that are medium-high level of complexity working with the product/platform/infrastructure/security team. Design, code, test, deploy & support working software /technology component, working collaboratively with architects and other engineers. Build systems and services that have immediate impact for our business. Create Threat Model, Architecture, Estimates, Design, Code, COTS configuration for the required business feature. Configure and manage SOTI MobiControl environments to support diverse TJX use cases. Provide expert-level support for Honeywell and Zebra mobile devices, including configuration commands.
