As an experienced IT professional with a specialization in the insurance domain, your role as a Domain and Solutions Expert at Aspire involves being a key player in all presales activities related to insurance opportunities (P&C/Life/Health). Your primary responsibilities include understanding client requirements and transforming them into compelling solution proposals that resonate with Aspire's offerings. Collaboration with sales, delivery, and product teams is crucial in developing custom demos, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs. You will lead discovery sessions with clients to identify their needs, pain points, and potential areas where Aspire's capabilities can provide value. To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in IT services, with a significant focus (4-6 years) on the insurance domain covering P&C, Life, and Health segments. A deep understanding of the insurance value chain, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and distribution, is essential. Moreover, prior experience in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis roles is a must. Your excellent communication and storytelling skills will be instrumental in articulating solutions clearly and confidently to different stakeholders. Proven experience in preparing RFPs, solution decks, business proposals, and presenting to senior executives is also required. Awareness or hands-on experience with core insurance platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, ALIP, lnstanda, Salesforce, etc., will be advantageous. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of the insurtech ecosystem and emerging technologies such as GenAI, loT, and Predictive Analytics in insurance. Exposure to digital transformation or data modernization projects within the insurance sector and experience working with global sales teams or consulting partners are considered good-to-have qualifications in this role.,

As a key individual in the Insurance Consulting practice, you will participate in executing consulting projects, owning and managing specific work threads, and developing plans for components of engagements. Your responsibilities will include delivering projects for insurers in areas such as operations transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, platforms implementation, and automation. Experience or certifications in Insurance Platforms (e.g., Duckcreek, Guidewire, Sapiens, Majesco, etc.), Agile, Project Management, Business Analysis, BI, Analytics, Automation, etc., would be advantageous. Expertise in the insurance value chain spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service, and one or more insurance domains such as Life insurance, Health insurance, P&C insurance, Re-insurance is expected. Experience in delivering consulting assignments or complex transformation programs, preferably in a managerial or lead capacity, covering areas such as digital strategy and transformation, operating model definition, customer experience, M&A, core systems transformation, regulatory, sustainability, agile transformation, or technology strategy for insurers is a plus. International exposure in solving global insurers" problems, ability to support practice leadership in the sales process, experience in co-creating innovative solutions and thought leadership artifacts, and managing client and stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organization are key requirements.
