As an experienced IT professional with a specialization in the insurance domain, your role as a Domain and Solutions Expert at Aspire involves being a key player in all presales activities related to insurance opportunities (P&C/Life/Health). Your primary responsibilities include understanding client requirements and transforming them into compelling solution proposals that resonate with Aspire's offerings. Collaboration with sales, delivery, and product teams is crucial in developing custom demos, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs. You will lead discovery sessions with clients to identify their needs, pain points, and potential areas where Aspire's capabilities can provide value. Crafting solution blueprints, high-level architectures, and customer journeys will be essential in articulating the business value to clients. Presentations and technical walk-throughs to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, underwriters, claims heads, and IT leadership, are part of your routine activities. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will contribute to creating industry-specific pitch decks, use cases, case studies, and collaterals to support Go-To-Market initiatives. Additionally, your involvement in strategic road mapping efforts by analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and internal capabilities will be crucial for the company's growth. Working closely with the internal R&D and innovation team, you will ensure alignment of presales efforts with Aspire's future-ready solutions and accelerators. Participation in internal solutioning discussions and ideation sessions will help in refining and evolving Aspire's insurance offerings continuously. To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in IT services, with a significant focus (4-6 years) on the insurance domain covering P&C, Life, and Health segments. A deep understanding of the insurance value chain, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and distribution, is essential. Moreover, prior experience in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis roles is a must. Your excellent communication and storytelling skills will be instrumental in articulating solutions clearly and confidently to different stakeholders. Proven experience in preparing RFPs, solution decks, business proposals, and presenting to senior executives is also required. Awareness or hands-on experience with core insurance platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, ALIP, lnstanda, Salesforce, etc., will be advantageous. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of the insurtech ecosystem and emerging technologies such as GenAI, loT, and Predictive Analytics in insurance. Exposure to digital transformation or data modernization projects within the insurance sector and experience working with global sales teams or consulting partners are considered good-to-have qualifications in this role.,
