Role Summary

This role will support key HR functions, including performance management, talent development, HR analytics, and employee surveys. The position involves coordinating Performance cycles, maintaining employee data, generating reports, and providing insights to HR and leadership teams. The role also includes supporting succession planning, competency frameworks, and driving engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms. A strong focus on data analysis, communication, and stakeholder collaboration is essential.


Performance Management

  • Support end-to-end execution of performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews).
  • Maintain and update employee performance records in HR systems/tools.
  • Generate performance-related reports and dashboards for HR and leadership teams.
  • Provide timely communication to employees and managers regarding performance timelines, forms, and policies.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to ensure completion of PMS within defined timelines.


Talent Development

  • Assist in creating competency frameworks
  • Create a Succession planning framework and run across the org


HR Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring trends, performance ratings, etc.).
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards and trackers to support business and leadership reviews.
  • Generate insights on employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to provide data-driven recommendations for people's decisions.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research on HR practices, salary trends, and workforce analytics.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives with data analysis.


HR Surveys

  • Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, feedback, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to identify survey objectives and key metrics.
  • Monitor participation rates and drive communication campaigns to maximize responses.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for HR and leadership teams.
