Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Talent Management Specialist with strong soft skills and an MBA in Talent Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution, while leveraging their expertise to support talent identification within team, employee development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, addressing talent management-related queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Design and deliver training and development programs focused on soft skills, leadership, and team collaboration.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and provide effective resolution strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date talent records and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive talent management projects and organizational development efforts.
• Document field observations, challenges, and user feedback for internal teams.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and user guides as needed.

Requirements:

• MBA in Talent Management, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in talent management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience in talent management roles preferred but not mandatory.
