Job Title: Batching Plant Incharge RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad Industry: Construction / Ready Mix Concrete Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Batching Plant Incharge to oversee and manage the operations of our RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) batching plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely production of quality concrete, equipment maintenance, and coordination with various teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the RMC batching plant. Manage raw material inventory (cement, sand, aggregates, water, admixtures) and ensure uninterrupted production. Ensure accurate batching of concrete as per mix design Monitor the quality of concrete and coordinate with the QC team for lab tests. Maintain daily production reports, plant logs, and material consumption records. Schedule and coordinate timely dispatch of transit mixers to project sites. Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental norms. Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize plant downtime. Coordinate with purchase and logistics teams for material procurement and delivery planning. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 35 years of hands-on experience in operating RMC batching plants. Knowledge of M1, M1.25, M2, or equivalent batching plants preferred. Familiar with mix design, quality control procedures, and material testing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Working knowledge of ERP software or plant automation systems is an added advantage.
