Job Description

Roles and responsibilities - Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Civil Engineering, MEP Design, Site Execution, and Quality Control. Partnering with project heads, department leaders, and senior management to understand manpower needs and build high-performing teams. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled professionals to meet current and future project demands. Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, representing the organization's brand in the talent market. Source candidates through various channels (portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual pre-screening, and shortlist potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant departments. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards Skills - Strong Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp job requirements across civil engineering, MEP, site execution, and quality control roles. Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche portals) to find top technical talent. Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate closely and build trust with project heads, senior leaders, and technical teams. Speed and Agility: Quick turnaround on critical hiring needs while maintaining quality and process discipline. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in English/Hindi and the local language, and a Good grooming standard are a must
