Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead Recruiter

Location: WFH (Virtual Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring the successful recruitment of both skilled and non-skilled employees.
  • Manage partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Prepare and manage the annual recruitment budget.
  • Oversee all stages of the candidate lifecycle (applications, interviews).
  • Forecast hiring needs aligned with business growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to identify gaps
  • Organize/participate in recruitment events to enhance the employer brand.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential future hires.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as source of hire and time-to-hire.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS, and hiring platforms like Zoho Recruit
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with potential to lead a department.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
