The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on tax planning, financial planning, group restructuring, consolidation of financial statements, foreign entity incorporation, budgeting, financial projections, financial modeling, and MIS reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, corporate structuring strategies, and financial data analysis.1.
