Location: Superleap HQ, Koramangala, Bengaluru

Type: Full-time | Work-from-office (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM)

Reports to: Subham Kumar Boundia (Co-founder & CEO)


🎯 Why This Role Matters

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the first brand ambassador of Superleap for every candidate.

Your outreach, conversations, and follow-ups will shape how talent perceives our culture and values.

You’ll own hiring end-to-end — from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, closing, and onboarding — directly impacting how fast and how well Superleap scales.


💪 What You’ll Do

🔍 Hiring & Outbound Sourcing

  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements clearly
  • Drive outbound sourcing using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and creative channels
  • Build strong talent pipelines for tech, product, sales, marketing, and design roles


🧠 Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Screen resumes and profiles thoroughly for skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, motivation, and alignment
  • Maintain a high hiring bar and shortlist only quality candidates


🔄 End-to-End Hiring Ownership

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role opening to candidate joining
  • Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth interview flow
  • Collect and share quick, structured feedback with candidates and stakeholders


🤝 Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Deliver a respectful, transparent, and positive candidate experience
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Support pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination


📢 Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with hiring managers and founders to align on hiring priorities
  • Share pipeline updates, hiring metrics, and sourcing insights
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and tools


🌟 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an IT / Tech product-based company
  • Strong experience in outbound sourcing and closing candidates
  • Ability to hire across tech and non-tech roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and screening judgment
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week
