About the Role

Our client, an upcoming and fast-growing Civil Consulting Company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in civil consulting and infrastructure hiring. This role is critical in supporting manpower planning for commercial proposals (RFPs) and replacement hiring after project awards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for commercial proposals (RFPs) and replacement hiring post project wins.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for civil engineering and infrastructure positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Dev.org, and other relevant platforms.
• Build, maintain, and actively utilize a personal candidate database (mandatory).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project-specific manpower needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Ensure timely closures aligned with proposal submission and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.

Eligibility & Experience

• 4–5 years

   of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Mandatory experience in Civil Consulting / Infrastructure / Contractor companies.

• Education:

• BSc / BCom or
• BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals and databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during RFP submission phases.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Compensation

• Mumbai:

   INR 50,000 – 55,000 per month

• Kolkata:

   INR 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Additional Information

• Working on weekly offs or holidays due to business exigencies (especially during RFP phases)
• Early joiners preferred
