Job Description: Search, screen, and shortlist CVs from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, etc. Collect and maintain expert records consent, salary confirmation, and CV undertakings for each project. Support tender documentation by formatting and preparing CVs as per RFP/RFQ requirements . Assist in bid preparation and submission for government and EPC tenders. Maintain candidate and project databases with accuracy. Knowledge of EPPs, GeM, and Infracon portals will be an added advantage.
