Key Responsibilities Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Build expertise in sourcing strategies, niche hiring, and executive search. Work on positions where other recruiters often struggle and learn how to succeed. Gain hands-on exposure to client hiring across multiple industries. Assist in career counselling and student development through workshops, sessions, and placement activities.
