Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build expertise in sourcing strategies, niche hiring, and executive search.
  • Work on positions where other recruiters often struggle and learn how to succeed.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to client hiring across multiple industries.
  • Assist in career counselling and student development through workshops, sessions, and placement activities.
  • Act as a career enabler for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Compensation

  • During the probation period, salary will be performance-based.
  • On successful completion of probation, you will receive a revised fixed salary package aligned with your performance and contribution.
