Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. In addition, the role will involve developing employer branding strategies and maintaining a positive relationship with potential hires. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure the selection of top-tier talent that aligns with the organizational goals.

• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in IT and Engineering recruiting is a plus
