Role & responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for positions across R&D, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Regulatory, and Corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through
job portals, professional networks, and referrals
