Talent Management Specialist

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of employee management including employee onboarding, induction, employee connects, exit management, employee events & activities, proficiency in excel and MIS management, as well as data analytics and presentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Employee Onboarding - Handling preboarding documentation. - Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners. - Induction - Taking ownership of the induction process for new joiners, coordinating and conducting talent sessions. - Employee Connects - Addressing employees" grievances and queries through one-on-one connects, focused group discussions, and leadership connects. - Exit Management - Managing the entire exit process, including exit initiation, documentation, and supporting employees for a smooth exit. - Employee Events & Activities - Leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of employee engagement activities both virtually and in the office premises. - Proficiency in Excel and MIS Management - Generating and maintaining reports as per the requirements. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in Excel and MIS management. - Experience in data analytics and presentation (PPT) related to employee life cycle, including performance management, learning and development.
